Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline one — for example where a price was listed in error, stock is unavailable, or an address cannot be served.

Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.

Products

Photographs are of the actual piece wherever possible. Handloom and hand-finished textiles vary slightly in colour and weave between pieces, and that variation is a property of the cloth rather than a defect.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think somebody else is using it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Surat have exclusive jurisdiction.
